(Cancer, Diabetes, & Heart Disease can be overcome through diet. Dr. Tom Wu’s breakthroughs with Cancer & Diabetes have earned him the “Remarkable Contribution Award” from the American Cancer Society and the “World Famous Doctor Award” from The United Nations. )
At the age of 30, Chinese doctor Tom Wu was diagnosed with advanced stages of lung cancer, and was told he had only a few months to live. Not only has he survived, but the doctor has maintained a healthy life. The cancer is all gone, and he said he's never caught a cold or other illness for 40 years. He has stopped going for blood tests.
"My body and feelings tell me I'm well, that I'm truly in good health," says Dr Wu.
His secret lies in the power of natural healing. Dr Wu always says that no wonder drug can cure diseases. But our own internal healing power, our immune system, can. And what can strengthen our immune system are simple foods from Mother Nature, and a healthy lifestyle. In his view, diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease can be overcome by changing the diet.
Dr Wu says people get sick because they eat the wrong foods. Fried food, for example, causes blockage in the arteries, bad circulation, cholesterol, and heart disease. "Instead of taking a cholesterol lowering drug, I would urge them to stop eating greasy food. My suggestion is to eat clean food, which is high in phytochemicals," he says.
Phytochemicals are natural cleansing agents that will help rid plaque from your arteries. They come from natural foods such as vegetables, fruits with their seeds, and common garden herbs. Phytochemicals will nourish the body's cells so they can fight against any foreign substances that invade your body.

The secrets of how he won the fight against lung cancer and maintains a healthy body are revealed in his first book, Dr Wu's Principle of Natural Cures, which has recently been translated from its original Chinese version into a Thai edition, Thammachart Chuay Chewit, published by Nanmeebooks Publications. It was launched in Thailand in March this year.
Dr Wu had first studied Western medicine in France, and then furthered his education in alternative therapy, earning a doctorate degree.
The turning point arrived when he was diagnosed with lung cancer at the age of 30. Modern medicine gave him no hope; it was too late to remove the damaged parts of the lung. The cancer had already spread to other organs, and the doctor told him he had only a few months left.
In his despair, Dr Wu picked up the Bible and prayed to God. Then the Bible fell to the floor, and he read the page it opened to carefully. The chapter talked about the days God created the Earth and everything needed for human beings. Then he created Adam and Eve, and told both of them that plants, vegetables and seeded fruits growing on Earth have been provided for them to eat.
"I thought about what I had eaten in the past - meat, fish, fried and grilled food, sweet cake, but God simply wanted us to eat vegetables and sour fruits. I was confused and doubted whether I would become weak if I ate too many vegetables and less meat," says Dr Wu.
Yet he decided to follow the Bible's guidance. He ate a lot of vegetables and fruits, drank clean water, and completely adjusted his lifestyle - his sleeping, breathing and exercise habits.
Nine months later, he went for a check-up, and surprisingly no cancer cells were detected.
He advised people in his family and in the neighbourhood about his discovery, and studied natural medicine until he received a doctorate degree in naturopathy and nutrition from the US.

Dr Wu has been a frequent speaker at worldwide forums, spreading his knowledge on natural cures and the use of organic food. He advises people to use the most simple foods in the most natural way in order to fight illnesses and maintain good health.
The human body has the power to heal itself. The immune system has a self-defence mechanism to block and destroy bacteria or viruses that invade our bodies, while the self-healing mechanism will get us back on the road to recovery. When you have a cold and take medicine, the medication may kill the virus but your immune system will not fully function, and its efficiency will decrease. As a result, your body will be more vulnerable to germs.
Dr Wu's principle is to strengthen the immune system, and avoid medication as much as possible. In his book, he offers the following guidelines to good health:
1. Have at least three bowel movements a day.
Other health experts may advise one bowel movement a day, but Dr Wu says that's not enough. You need three to four bowel movements a day in order to excrete all the accumulated faeces from your intestine. Your liver will not be overburdened and it also helps reduce cholesterol in your body.
2. Drink at least three glasses of fruit or vegetable smoothies each day.
This is a way to ingest enough phytochemicals to strengthen the body's cells and immune system. Use not only the flesh, but also the skin and seeds of fruits and vegetables to make smoothies, as they are rich in phytochemicals. Most of the fruit seeds have small amounts of cyanide which kill bacteria and viruses without damaging the body.
Actually the recommended smoothie diet is six glasses a day, two in the morning, one before lunch, two more in the afternoon, and one more before dinner. However, if that's too much, you may start with three glasses a day. Use a high powered blender (at least three horsepower) as it can release phytochemicals from the fibre. It's best to choose sour fruits like green or red apples, grapes, pineapples, kiwi and lime.

Foods rich in phytochemicals
3. Sunbathe 30 minutes daily.
We often hear that the Sun's UV rays will damage our skin, and many people apply sunblock before going out. But Dr Wu says the opposite. He says the UV rays will help convert cholesterol underneath the skin into vitamin A which helps moisten the skin and
prevent skin cancer, and also vitamin D that helps prevent colds, osteoporosis, and certain kinds of cancer.
"Therefore, use the Sun. Expose yourself to sunlight about one-half hour a day, at noon or another appropriate time based on your local climate. The Sun will make you healthier," says Dr Wu.
4. Exercise 30 minutes a day.
Don't exercise for more than 30 minutes. If you go beyond that, your body will be overworked. "If you do it more than half an hour, that will become labour, not exercise. Your heart and your body will be working too hard," he says.
5. Shower with hot, then cold water.
Try an alternating cold and hot water shower: Three minutes of hot water followed by 30 seconds of cold water, then repeat twice more. This process will bring a rush of blood and energy to your body. It helps increase your immune system, blood circulation, and metabolism.
6. Drink a lot of water, in the correct way.
How much water you need to drink each day depends on your specific situation. If your office is air-conditioned, drinking six glasses of water a day is enough. If your work involves lots of walking, you have to drink 8-10 glasses a day. If you work under the hot sun, then 10-12 glasses of water are required.
The way you drink is also important. The correct way is to sip it little by little, to give your body cells time to absorb the water. If you drink the whole glass down at once, your cells can't absorb it all, and the water will be excreted as urine.
7. Eat according to your blood type.
Your blood type determines what you should eat. Eating the wrong foods will make you sick.
People with blood type O have to eat a certain amount of meat. If they eat only vegetables for a long time, their body won't absorb all the substances they need to strengthen their immune system. The recommended diet for this group is 75% vegetables, 10% fruits, 10% meat, seafood and goat's milk (avoid cow's milk), and 5% grains.
People with blood type A, however should avoid milk and meat, while increasing grains and fruits. People with blood type B should also avoid meat, while those with blood type AB should avoid chicken and beef.
8. Eat according to your biological clock.
Every human being has a biological clock that tells us when to eat, sleep, and wake up. If you don't follow your biological clock, the organs will lose their balance. Toxins and wastes won't be excreted from your body, and soon you'll get sick.
According to Dr Wu, the biological clock is divided into three phases.
From 4am to noon is the time for bowel movements, so in the morning you should eat foods with lots of fibre. Fruit and vegetable smoothies are recommended.
From noon to 8pm, your body will absorb food so lunch is the most important meal. A vegetable salad with grains is recommended. Fish or boiled eggs can be added to your lunch. Avoid meat at dinner as the amino acids in the meat will disturb your sleep. Try to finish dinner by 6pm.
From 8pm to 4am, the nutrients and energy from food will be distributed throughout your body organs. The golden time for your sleep is between 10pm and 2am, as your immune and self-healing system will function at its best.

ReplyDeleteSueChang,

DR Tom Wu is a liar, A FAKE DOCTOR!APPLE daily and yi chou kang had sent reporters to US to check his qualification , degrees, awards from American Cancer ASS , UN award and found them are all not recognised by govt or never given awards to dr tom wu ! Read chinese web about this! It was published in Jan 2009!
ReplyDeleteThere is few articles question about DR. Wu and reproted his qualification are fake. Later reported he live in San Carlos, CA. And his shop is in 831 Bransten Road, unit F.
ReplyDeleteMy friend said that she has stock of this blender made in Taiwan. If you are interested & stay in Penang or Malaysia write to me -- rebeccalee86@yaoo.com and I will arrange for you to collect it. It is RM 1,600 each. The fruits juice becomes a smooth creamy drink after you blended it.
ReplyDeletePlease don't believe in this guy, he is LIER. His credential about he is a western medical doctor is not true, it's some kind of certificate from a SriLanka institution which offers $750-$1350a MD degree, and the awards he got were from a big fradulent organization which has connection with the Sri Lanka institution ( those were found out by the newspaper reporters) In Taiwan, everyone knows this guy is a lier, so please trust your local medically trained doctor instead of some kind of unknown natural medicine. He might have some good points, but anyone who has a good health sense would do so, and don't buy the blender he sells, any blender would do the job. There was another so called a "Great Chinese Medicine Doctor" in China who was reported to be a lier as well. This guy made tons of money from a book he wrote about food and health, later, Chinese health official stated that "anyone who has a little bit of medical sense knows what he wrote in the book is wrong, you don't need expert to prove that" now this guy was no where to be found.
ReplyDeleteKaren you obviously know nothing about DR. TOM WU. His abilities or his methods. Every your⁸Dr. Wu teaches the world's leading physicians new and innovative ways to obtain health. If you ever have the chance to meet him it would be your good fortune. He has abilities far beyond anything in any book. He can tell you your medical condition on the phone from the other side of the world or in person. He can tell you what you've been eating. His knowledge of how to restore health surpasses anything taught. I spent 12 years learning from Dr.Tom Wu. I helped him give seminars at health food conventions. Typically teach at his clinic in San Francisco two sessions a year each for 10 days to leading Doctors from around the world. He charges the doctors for these sessions.
DeleteThe Dr. TOM and JANET WU, travel the world and treat people for FREE.
They are the most Christ Like people you will ever meet. When I read you post I knew you had no idea what you are talking about. You should meet them & then APOLOGIZE, because
YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG and
DR TOM & JANET WU ARE AMAZING PEOPLE
who dedicate their lives to help others, PRIMARILY FOR FREE
Hi Folks, Please stop all these bickerings of lier (by the way, should be spelt liar), fake certificate etc. What is more important it works. Otherwise, we will be talking about Iraq having WMD and Bush's claim of chicken crossing the road.
ReplyDeleteCheers, stay healthy!
I like to know what is the difference of making smoothie with regular blender or using high power one? is that only taste difference or the effects of ingredients in the body also changes? can we get phytonutrient with reg. one or must buy this high power one?
ReplyDeleteshad
I bought the bender online, it was only $439.00 us plus shipment. In Canada, my local dealer would charge $800.00, with Canadian exchange rate, it's not worth it. Order from the following website: http://www.webstaurantstore.com/waring-mx1200xt-64-oz-xtreme-high-power-blender-with-adjustable-speed/929MX1200XT.html
ReplyDeleteBy the way, he is not a liar, I have diabetic, and his formula help me drop my sugar level within days.
To those people who said Dr. Wu was a liar,
ReplyDeleteI've read his book and it made sense to me and personally, I don't see any harm in trying his method. There's nothing in his book that misleads the reader to believe that he is a miracle doctor who can cure every disease in this world. He just gives you the facts and information about nutrition that we can benefit from eating natural foods, which, if you are willing to try it out then it might help with whatever disease you're having.
So, whether he lied about his credential or not I don't know. But one thing I know is what he says in his book about nutrition one can benefit from eating healthy natural foods is not a lie.
Dear bloggers, I am a nurse in the United States. I was first introduced to Dr. Wu when my mom picked up his book and started to rave about it. I am currently doing my research about Dr. Wu, while I am trying his diets and recipes.
ReplyDeleteFirst off, the book Dr. Wu wrote suggests us to eat healthy, and healthy eating is a lifestyle. People who are borderline hypertensive, diabetic, obese, ...etc, what do you think doctors tell them to do foremost? The very first thing is to eat healthy and exercise. However, it is easier said than done. Dr. Wu is suggesting alternatives for us to eat and live healthy.
Secondly, people who are at the end stage of cancer are willing to try ANYTHING. Dr Wu who was a cancer patient must have tried chemotherapy and radiation. From a nurse's experience, the complaints from patients after radiation and chemotherapy are pain, lethargic, and they often refuse to eat because of the pain. It is a cascading effect.
TO BE CONTINUED, under Yee Thai since my comment is too long.
(Continued from previous comment)
ReplyDeleteAs a nurse, one of the goals for cancer patients is to encourage them to eat. Eating is essential for healing. In order for healing to take place, a person needs energy and a good immune system. And to strengthen the immune system, they need food high in nutritional value. Nutritional value is what Dr. Wu is referring too. A person can consume food that is in the same category in the food pyramid. For instance, when we compare apple and orange, they are both fruits. When we look at the nutritional value for both, an orange is a better alternative. It is lower in calorie, higher in Vitamin C value, and contains other nutrients.
Dr. Wu’s recipe contains a variety of fruits and vegetables with high nutritional values that are blended together so that we can absorb all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients essential for the well being of our health. Starting from the essential vitamins of A, B, C, D, E, and K; fibers that facilitate bowel movement; and minerals to promote growth and development.
We have to bear in mind that Dr Tom Wu is a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor. This means that he is practicing ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE that does not contain double blind research studies like western medicines. Alternative medicine can be an effective alternative treatment and cure for some, and can also be perceived as an inferior treatment for others.
As for the blender that is widely talked about. My mom went out of her way and bought a new stainless steel Breville (cant remember the model) blender.
It is USD160 and it works well with blending the ingredients from Dr. Wu’s recipe. You might still need to cut the avocado seed into smaller piece before blending.
It all boils down to what motivates you to eat healthy. Humans are habitual creatures. They eat the same food over and over again. Doctor Wu is recommending people to widen their spectrum in food choices because one fruit might have nutrients that other fruits do not have.
Can anyone please tell me that is it necessary to 'Have at least three bowel movements a day'? Should we take 'fibre' everyday?
ReplyDeleteThank you.
Bee
An alternative way of curing cancer will be the natural way. The Dr Wu's Principle of Natural Cures book and advices from this post is really be a great help in preventing cancer.
ReplyDeleteGood that there is a relief and hope and a better mode of cure for the lLung Cancer patients.Any kind of cancer is painful and there is a lot of need for the medical fraternity to extend more and more help to the patients of the same.
ReplyDeleteWho has Dr.Wu office location? My mom is very sick and she really need to see him in person. Please post his address, thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteAll I know is that Dr Tom Wu is scheduled to give a talk at Hong Kong Baptist University on 29 July, 2.30pm. You can contact this HK number for more info: 2877 8606.
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of videos of interviews with Dr Wu on Youtube, but mainly in Mandarin. Do your research on Dr Wu before you start on his juice-based cures for cancer. Not everyone subscribes to his methods.
I am a dietitian currently doing a phD looking at the effects of diet on gut health and I really think Dr Wu's smoothie diet has poor scientific merit. Cancer-curing diets are all coincidental/ANECDOCTAL, don't you think. If you put 100 of these cancer-patients in stage 4 of the cancer and put them on the smoothie diet ALONE, how many of them will actually live to see the results of the study? It is unlikely that when someone is sooo ill and mal-nourished following a diet devoid of adequate high-quality protein and carbohydrate for energy will cause rapid weight loss and the consequences of this are often devastating as the body loses the ability to keep fighting, don't forget (dr wu may only be one miraculous case). Don't forget that your immune-system is actually made up of basic protein blocks.
ReplyDeleteThere does not seem to be ACCURATE physiological basis for his recommendations in his book. Each individual has different bowel habits - to ask someone to have at least 3 - 4 bowel movements a day with his smoothies when their normal bowel habit is once/day is like giving them diarrhea. It is not surprising as a lot of the smoothie ingredients are natural laxatives. But the accompanying symptoms are jsut as bad to bbear - flaulence, abdominal pain? You can never completely empty your bowels unless you undergo starvation for another couple a day. Please don't be fooled by another money-making 'scientist'.
Hi All,
ReplyDeleteCould i have Dr Tom Wu's email address. my friend is sick now. your help is highly appreciated.
Wong Kok Hong, I have the same request too - does anyone have Dr Wu's contact or email address?
ReplyDeleteDr. Wu's book is finally available in English, for the first time ever, in Nov., 2014 on Amazon.com, print version only. The title is Dr. Tom Wu's Different Approach in Natural Healing: Conquer Cancer and Other Diseases with Simple Foods. It is a guide to alternative medicine that avoids the need for invasive Western medical practices like chemo and radiation.
ReplyDeleteIf you follow Dr. Wu’s guidance you’ll learn how the best “doctor,” the body’s immune system, can fight diseases and beat cancer with healthy lifestyle changes and “smoothies” made from fruits and vegetables that have amazing healing powers.
Dr. Wu was a medical doctor diagnosed with end-stage lung cancer at the age of thirty. Inspired by curing himself with natural foods, he earned a PhD in nutrition and became a Registered Naturopathic Diplomat. In 2008 he wrote his first book in Mandarin; it sold 1.2 million copies in a few months. Two later editions and a Thai translation followed, but until now readers have been waiting for the English translation. Most of the questions that you readers have posted are answered in the book, including how to reach him and how to know years in advance if cancer is in your body.
Dr. Wu’s Different Approach book contains 18 case studies, 24 specific “smoothie” recipes (each designed for a particular illness or body part), and moving testimonials from former patients around the world who have experienced the healing powers of his unique program. The English translation was edited by Constance Vincent, PhD (author of Not Going Gently), whose husband Ed overcame 3rd stage lung cancer 11 years ago by following Dr. Wu’s program.
Dr. Wu is definitely not a fake! As a worldwide holistic physician and educator, Dr. Wu has received numerous awards, citations, and recognition from many countries.
Instead of treating the symptoms, learn how to identify and cure the disease itself with the help of Dr. Tom Wu.
My Dad knows Dr Wu for a long time, he is a very respectable and honor man. He is currently very well known all over the world. I appreciate that people do not call him a liar or fake doctor without any proof. Talk to people who got treated by Doctor Wu, gather the facts, then make your own judgement, thank you.
ReplyDeleteKaren, I'm not sure whether his credentials are true. But the content of his book make sense though i don't agree 100%. Do you expect me to trust Taiwan reporters? You must be joking! You said"Anyone with good health sense would do so." Really? If so then there wouldn't be so many obese people walking around. Did he promote specific brand of blender? I can't find it mentioned in his book. "Please trust your local medically trained doctors. " That I agree with you. But unfortunately there are many instances, the best doctor in the world fails to offer satisfactory solution. That's where patients are left to seek alternatives. So don't kill their hope, unless you can offer better alternatives.
ReplyDeleteIf you're suffering from cancer, what's a couple of hundreds of dollars to your budget? This amount probably just enough for one dose of chemo drug!
Dear Claudia, thank you for writing. My husband is still drinking Dr. Wu's smoothie for maintenance now since he was cured of stage 3b lung cancer by following Dr. Wu's program 14 years ago without chemo or radiation. I'm glad her friend was cured also, and I wish your mother the same success. She will have it if she is strong in her determination to stay on the diet.
ReplyDeleteGod bless her.
Rebecca, can i have your friend's niece contact to know more about her experience with this Dr. Wu formula because my mom has liver cancer and wanna start this Dr. Wu formula. Thank you.
